In the iPad version only, you can select Zoom mode! Use two fingers to zoom in or out, you can also pan across the screen using one finger when in Zoom mode. Additionally, you can double-tap while in Zoom mode to zoom in or out.
Click the pencil icon enter Draw mode! Use one finger to draw on the screen with the colour and brush thickness of your choice. While in Draw mode, you can use the undo/redo buttons, hide the players from the screen, and tap the clear icon to clear the screen.
You can set your own player animations! For animations:
1) Click the + button to set an animation checkpoint
2) Move your players to their next desired position
3) Click the + button to set another animation checkpoint
4) Repeat steps 2 & 3, and when ready, click the Play button!
(Animation checkpoints can be removed by clicking the - button)
Settings also feature toggle options for active player enlargement, player name display, auto-attach ball, orientation lock, and full or half court display (iPhone/iPod Touch only).
In addition, there are 4 options for court colour (yellow, orange, white, and wood), 3 options for the ball (NBA, Harlem Globetrotters, and off), and 2 options for court type (NBA and College)

Sloppy and choppy. All the possibilities are there but are poorly executed. App crashes as soon as Im done a play. Cant get out without closing app altogether. The one time i actually got it to work, and was able to save the .mov file, my exported movie looked VERY slow and Choppy. #failTOWN!
This is a simple yet effective app. It has most things in it to do plays and drills, but it is missing drawing lines on player movement as an option. If you add that feature plus emailing the plays as a QuickTime or windows media player file, that would make this complete. Check out soccer dad, the gold standard in sports apps.
Its nice but it keeps crashing when you save
I was encouraged by this app but then disappointed. It says in the description that it crashes when saving or loading *some* animations but for me it was *all* animations. I made the mistake of trying to use it when I could have spent the time with the app I have been using. Clearly this wasnt tested. These problems come up very easily. I will say it looks good if it worked even sufficiently. I liked the fact I could label the players using notation my players understand. Of course, it couldnt save those notations.
Cant beat this for the price, but it would be a lot more useful if you could set your players up in different spots on the floor. Unless Im doing something wrong, you have to start every play with your players in the same spots on the floor (your PG on the left wing, SF left baseline, C in the paint....). I would like be able to draw an inbounds play, a play with my PG at the top of the key and so on. If someone knows how to do this please post, because then it would be a 4 or 5 star app. @@@Update@@@ This app lacks a lot more than I listed above. You cannot do any of the following that the Devs say you can: Save a play (program crashes if you attempt to do this) Email a play (program crashes if you attempt to do this) Remove the second team from the floor, even though they have an option for it in settings. Start a play with your players where you would like them on the floor. Most of the time the animation feature is useless. Program just freezes over half the time you artempt to use this. In short I would not recommend this program if it were free. I just wish I could get my money back for this POS. I would happily uninstall this.
